This thing is a perfect portable gaming device. It can run Hogwarts Legacy for hours. Don't expect to get top graphics out of it. But it has become my main gaming device and my main PC for my house. It's light and easy to carry around. Highly recommend!

    • Good product but don't have one shipped from TXS - Technology Xchange Solutions
Ordered 2 ROG Ally Extreme's from TXS - Technology Xchange Solutions. One was not the extreme version, and the other had a Windows image for a Lenovo Legion on it so Wi-Fi and onscreen keyboard wouldn't work without additional drivers. I ended up reimaging the one with the ROG Ally image and it has been working fine. I reached out to the seller and they wouldn't send a replacement of the non-extreme unit even after letting them know I fixed their screw up on the other one. So I decided I would just buy and return from them until I received the correct item. I have since received a correct version of the item and will be initiating a return. Poor Quality Control and Customer Service. Now as far as the product itself. 1: The non- extreme one came in an OEM box that was nearly complete with plastic and internal cardboard dividers. The charger however was a generic aftermarket that causes the system to popup warnings when it is plugged in. The device is like new no visible wear. 2: Extreme 1 - Came in an OEM box wrapped in bubble wrap. OEM charger included. No visible wear. Operating System was incorrect and needed reimaged. 3: Extreme #2 Came in brown box wrapped in bubble wrap with OEM charger. No scratches but there is visible dirt where your hands rest. ... show more

The system is great exactly what I ordered but the level of disregard they took with packaging something you spend so much money on is insane! I almost wanted to send it back because of how much money I spent on the system and for the box to show up dingy and have a little bit of bubble wrap and a charger slapped in the box free to scratch/damage the system this is unacceptable my system wasn’t super damaged or anything it worked fine however I did notice slight physical damages that could have just been to it being refurbished or it could’ve been due to how it was shipped. ... show more

The handheld is in great condition. It is working as expected; but CON: when I connected it to the charger a notification popped up: "The current charger may result in insufficient power supply and battery drain while gaming. For best results, use the included ROG adapter" The adapter is generic, the problem is that the charger is designed for LENOVO devices, not ASUS. PRO: On the bright side, I was surprised when I realized that the SSD included is 2TB and not 512GB, which is better than expected ... show more
