I got this when supply was very much in demand, but these were very hard to get. I was fortunate enough to get an invite to purchase this one, so glad I did! While I kind of wish I had the disk drive, I do find digital games just a bit easier over all since I don't have to mess with switching disks out when I want to play something different. It's also just perfect that this doesn't make sacrifices, unlike the Xbox Series S. This thing has had me enthralled since I got it ... I must have spent like a month just 100%ing Astro's Playroom, LOL! I'm partially blind, and the haptic feedback and controls on the DualSense are amazing! I also have delighted in the accessibility in games such as The Last of Us: Part One and now Hogwarts Legacy. My mom was so impressed she snatched up hers, (with disk drive) when she got the invite a few weeks later! She spent months gaming the heck out of Ratchet and Clank: Rift Apart, which for a usually very casual gamer is really saying something! I'm also so pleased at the strides Sony has made to make the console itself more accessible. The screen reader on my PS4 didn't work in a lot of places, which was quite frustrating. However, on my PS5, there's very little it can't/won't read. I've had Nintendo, Xbox, and Sony consoles, and have wavered in which I like most (I love them all) but I do think Sony's consoles are my all-around favorites! ... show more

Nice to see that these are slowly coming back in stock. Wasn't going to pay those scalpers over MSRP for this thing. Shipping was pretty quick which was a nice surprise and no issues encountered. The latest and greatest from Sony doesn't disappoint either. Most my friends moved to PC however I still wanted to keep in touch with my PS friends. Graphics on this are super nice on my 4k TV. Easy setup and I was good to go. I will definitely need to upgrade the HD in this one since the 1TB just isn't going to cut it for me. Another great console from Sony. ... show more

Sony's Playstation 5 is an excellent system. It has plenty of power to play the latest games, and it's nice that the digital version keeps all the same hardware & power as the disc version for those of us who prefer to buy games digitally. Anesthetics wise, it looks a little odd, almost futuristic. The console itself is fairly large as well as irregular-shaped, but it does include a bracket to help stabilize it when it's sitting on your shelf/entertainment center. My favorite part of the new system is the new dual sense controller. Coming from a PS4, it feels much more ergonomic and the haptic feedback on the triggers is fantastic. Do yourself a favor and try out the Astro's Playroom freebie game that comes with the console. It showcases the new controller quite well. ... show more

I got this when it was difficult to buy one. Amazon was more reliable with their drops than everywhere else. I just wished I didn't had FOMO and got the 1st bundle I could. If I knew they was making a God of War bundle I would've waited

It's a playstation 5 not much wrong with it other than it doesn't get played much in the house, it's just too boring. My series s gets used more than the ps5. Overall 5/5 Highly reccomended

I finally got an invite, then 2 days later the system came. I own the Xbox series X and could not get my hands on a PS5. FINALLY! Let me tell you something the graphics in this thing is AMAZING! The clarity of the games are insane. It’s so crisp. The remote is my favorite the dual sense remote has a motion sensor and gives a nice vibration when gaming, it really has a nice hand feel. If your on the fence with this purchase buy it! You won’t regret it. I will be buying another one if I can.
