**UPDATE- the company reached out to me and asked how they could solve the issue of the non working clock.. I sent them verification that the clock did not work and they sent me a new module to connect. It was a very simple install and now the clock works perfect.. I am very happy with this product and want to thank the seller for being so accommodating. I have ordered this product 3 separate times now. the first one the fan was very noisy so I returned ordered another the product was damaged had to return and in the third product the clock doesn't work..I really love the look and the quality of the product just having a hard time getting one that is put together well. ... show more

If I could give this zero stars I would. Total piece of junk! The housing for the fan is so flimsy that it vibrates the whole unit! I could literally push and pull on the plastic holding the motor for the fan. It looked nice on the wall but I couldn’t use it. Not to mention it doesn’t pull air like it says, on level 3 it hardly helped. We cooked a steak with that on 3 and it still smoked up my house. It was also built like crap, the blue film was a nightmare to remove because they put the film on and then formed the pieces of metal together instead of forming first. And after we hung it up it was wobbly and didn’t help with the vibration at all. DO NOT BUY! Waste of money. I bought a new one on VEVOR and it looks the same but works like a dream and is built STRONG! AND honestly it was cheaper! ... show more
