It looks fine once installed. However, The instructions tell you to remove this metal piece from the top... The piece is not pre-cut, though, so I had to use a utility blade to try to remove it. Turns out, I don't think I was supposed to remove that part since I am installing ductless. (Which it didn't mention) Additionally, there is no power cord to plug the thing in, despite the instructions actually telling you to only use the power cord supplied... Since I hacked out the top piece already, I can't really return it. I'm going to strip the wires from a different power cord to connect this one, but overall this was a disappointment. UPDATED: The seller reached out to rectify the problems, offering replacement items and many other ways to make the product right. Their eagerness to fix the issues had me add 2 more stars! ... show more
