Directions are lacking, but I figured it out without resorting to the video. Things to note: 1- Cross bars, one is slightly longer - that is for the front rack. 2- Roof Brackets. You have to remove the access covers (pry (from bottom - up) gently to free tabs) and then use the key to unlock, so you can remove next part to access the 2 rail lock bolts. 3- I installed my front bar just after the sun roof. Front bracket edge was approx 19 ish inches from front edge of roof rail. The Rear bracket (back edge) is approx 24 inches from the end of the roof rail (tailgate end). There are 33.5 inches opening between front and rear rack brackets. I haven't driven the vehicle yet, but the brackets and rails feel firmly secured. It went together well (fit) and took about 30 minutes. I used a cooler to stand on but a chair will also be adequate height to access the roof. ... show more

I purchased these Snailfly crossbars for my 2021 Kia Telluride at substantial savings compared to what I would've paid at the car dealership. They worked great, looked sharp, and were not difficult to install despite the somewhat confusing instruction sheet. I recently went on a trip with the crossbars attached to my car, and inadvertently unlocked the 4 attachment point heavy duty plastic covers with the key, thinking I was locking them on instead, and at the end of the trip I discovered that two of the 4 covers had fallen off and were lost. (The crossbars remained structurally intact, but the system was cosmetically compromised.) I contacted Snailfly through Amazon and asked if I could purchase replacement covers rather than having to replace the entire system, and they immediately responded with a nice email, including pictures of the various parts to make sure they knew what I needed. They then mailed me the two replacement parts free of charge! I was very impressed with the quality of the product, reasonable price, and especially the excellent customer service response to my problem. Snailfly has earned my loyalty in spades! ... show more

Seems okay. Install was a bit trickier than expected. Very simple, but some simple instructions could have made it easier. For example, bars are not identical. There is a slightly larger one that should go in the front. Not indicated anywhere as far as I'm aware. Otherwise, pretty easy and straightforward. Fit a 23 Telluride S well. Held a roof basket and didn't budge. The caps that protect the bolts seem a bit flimsy and cheap. But good for the price. ... show more

Yes, the instructions are not swell, but besides that, these are fantastic. And this single mom did it by herself so the lack of directions was not a big deal. Installation took about thirty minutes and they are fantastic - they look great and do the job well. I have driven from Western NC to South Florida and back with them and they don't even increase road noise much at all. In my opinion, they also LOOK better than the Kia factory ones and are a fraction of the price! Unless you are a brand name snob (We all are about some things, right?!), you will be very pleased with these roof racks. ... show more

Bought and installed these for our first family road trip. All seemed to be good until halfway through our trip, one of the covers popped out while we were driving on the highway, and broke off. Now lock is exposed and it looks bad. Bummed because I thought it would hold up longer than 1 trip. Having a difficult time getting in touch with the company. If they would provide a replacement cover piece, all would be good. ... show more

    • Quality + price roof rack crossbars for telluride
Installed on 23 Telly with flush rails. As many reviews indicated the instructions are marginal. Nothing about the distance between crossbars. You'll need a Torx bit supplied for the bolts and screws. the front crossbar is wider and fits easily. the rear is narrower but a squeeze on my telly; just loosen the bolts fully and finesse it into place. it will fit. the flimsy plastic covers for the key access points is tricky. tip: push the two bottom tabs of the cover into their slots then carefully engage the top tab and make sure it is locked in place. if you dont confirm they are on tight, you'll loose the covers like some have reported. overall great quality except for the instructions and the plastic key covers. ... show more

Easy to install and seems sturdy. One of the lock covers, however, broke the 1st time i used it. I heard it banging against my roof but before i could pull over the small piece of plastic holding it snapped and it was gone.
