First impression unboxing this i noticed the paint is damaged and you can see it's come off.. Second there's no manual , no instructions.. so i follow their YouTube video on their "instructions" it's bad btw.. there's just music over the video and the video shows someone assembling the pieces together and even they are struggling with the same issues as me which leads me to these pictures.. this screw isn't long enough for the cap to be added onto it.. so it's frustrating that the price is paid and the protection plan is added and then this is the quality... I think i should've just paid a bit more for the Mopar set or aftermarket than this at this point... ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Love the quality and easy to install for someone with experience in crossbar design and function. However, there were absolutely no instructions as well as “extra parts” and nothing indicating their use or placement. The only YouTube video wasn’t complete or helpful other than two guys standing on the installed rack ... show more

    • A lot of wind noise above 45/50 mph but definitely solid!
Not much to tell. These whistle on the interstate but they carry the load. If the manufacturer offered aerodynamic corner clips to stop the wind noise, there wouldn't be much competition.

Bought this so I could do lumber runs, and maybe someday a roof top tent. It was pretty easy to install, but came with no instructions. just a box of parts. Tip is to put each rail together, but do not tight anything until it is on the roof and fitted as desired. The biggest dislike of this is the noise. The kit did come with covers for the t-slots, but they were near impossible to install, and with no instructions,. well...I left them off. Without them, the rails whistle like a freight train. I used to some black Gorilla duct tape to cover the slots, but that is not an ideal solution no a permanent fix. ... show more

Cheep made garbage, paint for the brackets were rusty in the first week on use. Paint on the rails pealed right off from weather. Only have had them on for 2 months. Would not buy. The company contacted me after this comment and ended up send me a brand new one. They were very friendly and helpful. Quality of this product is very nice tho, heavy duty ... show more

No instructions. Hardware that was left over that we had no idea what it was for as the installation video didn't even show that left over hardware was even used ir what for. The racks are the BEST BUILT AND STRONGEST I HAVE EVER SEEN, now the rubber insert it was a bear to insert. Used soap and water , then wd 40, then pb blaster to finally get those in after cutting them in half. I would've gave this item a 5 star if it came with instructions and the rubber inserts were already cut and inserted. YOU WILL FIND THAT THIS IS THE BEST BUILT STRONGEST RACK ON THE MARKET ... show more

Product came quickly. Didn't need to put on right away, so left it in box for a couple weeks. Opened the packaging today and found no inventory or instruction manual. Managed to install after eyeballing the pictures on Amazon. The rubber track slide covers did not fit so I now have a horrible whistling sound at speeds over 25 mph. I'm going to try and cover it with some duct tape to see if that solves the issue. I feel it prudent to mention my jeep is a '21 with onetouch roof, so I'm sure that some of the sound is from that ... show more
