  • Does a good job.
I use this mold release for epoxy resin projects. I've never had any issues when using it - everything always comes out cleanly! The only thing I would say is maybe to either use it in a well ventilated area or wear a mask when spraying it (it doesn't have a super strong odor or anything, it just gets all in the air). Other than that I love it! Also the cans last a long time for me - you don't need much product. ... show more

  • Great release- be careful where you spray it!!
This stuff is great! Not sure why people are saying it doesn’t work for silicone molds- I’ve never had an issue with my resin bonding to molds as long as I’ve been using this. The only thing to make sure of is that you spray it outside!! If sprayed above hard floors inside, it makes it EXTREMELY slippery. I couldn’t figure out why the hell myself and my family kept slipping and falling in the entry to my art room and the hallway leading to it, but finally figured out that me spraying molds inside the room, even in small amounts, was the culprit. ... show more

  • You want your mold to let go, come on now.
A mold ain't a mold if it holds onto your original for dear life. Then you just got a block of rubber and you're out one original piece. Spray that sumbuck with a light dusting of this and you're golden. Only if it's plastic, metal, or some other non-porous material. This isn't for wood.
