I purchased the L07 package, and I just finished putting it together. First off the shipment came in 6 boxes the first day and 5 boxes the second day. The shipment was perfect, the packing of the material was superb, and I was pleasantly surprised. The instructions are first rate as well, and the video on the Amazon product page helped clarify one step that I needed. I am very pleased and look forward to using it. Oh and by the way, everything in my opinion is perfect for a home gym.

Im going to update this as I go along but with only 5 reviews and not knowing how long it will take to get the amount needed for a consumer to get an idea of what a purchase of this product will bring them, I want to at least give them the opportunity to take my experience into consideration. I looked into literally every machine in this Category Amazon offers and this seems to be the best for the money. Still, it appears to do everything the $3500+ machines do minus having its own weight stack, which seems to be a nice but unnecessary luxury. This comes in 6-7 boxes which includes the weight bench. The weight bench is extremely simple to assemble. The contents are very well protected with custom Styrofoam blocks, thick plastic bags, thich reinforced cardboard, and cardboard padding. The steel seems to be very good quality and there is no doubt, once assembled it will support heavy loads. To build the actual rack though, you'll need a lot of patience and even more room. Though each box is numbered, there is zero correlation between which parts go on first. So, you'll need to unbox literally everything, lay it out, then get to work. Im sure similar racks have the sane thing. All of the parts seem to be there and most are numbered, which is good because the instructions offer very little text instructions (the majority being very detailed pictures). Unboxing and breaking everything down is a very time experience consuming and tiring process so allow for the fact that after youre done, you will probably want to rest before actually starting your build. I started the build a day after unboxing everything te previous night and getting a good night's rest. First of all.....you are definitely going to have to lay out all of the individual pieces prior to beginning your build. Thats the only way to be able to build this thing without driving yourself crazy looking everywhere for the specific piece. A metric socket set is almost necessary to secure everything. You can use the included wrenches but it would serve you better to have the socket wrench and sockets to use. Build went pretty good. Took about 5 hours but that's because I did it all myself without help. Strongly suggest you have a helper. A few bolts needed for assembly are already attached to the part youre installing. I suggest tightening the bolts to a very loose tool tightened position. Don't just hand tighten; it leaves the frame to wobbly. But at the same time, don't over tighten until youre all the way done because you will often unbolt one part ti attach another part to it using the same holes/bolt/nut. Sone of the parts are not labeled which really slows you down. Its not hard to figure out what you need most times though. If youre going to remove the parts from the individual bag its in, be sure to keep the sticker securely attached. Cable 62 and Cable 65 were mismatched with the 62 sticker on the 65 cable and vise versa. Now that I'm done. This is still the best machine for thr money. Nothing seems "cheap" or poorly made. 4 stars for only because the instructions are only in Chinese except for a few English words and the illustrations guiding your construction. I can't seem to find the how to video that supposedly exists either. That would have allowed me to build the machine much faster. There is no customer service number. If you have a problem, you'll have to go though the Amazon Customer Support number.
