It’s a really good machine that allows you to workout several muscles. The only downside is cable set up limits Smith machine depth. Workouts like deadlifts and hip thrust wouldn’t be able to be achieved with this machine as you can’t go as low as one should to complete these workouts. Other than that, the machine is great. Works smoothly and is quite sturdy.

This is a rebranded Mikolo M4 but with a discount coupon, I ended up getting it for only $700, shipping included. Great machine, very smooth operation, and very stable. I assembled the entire machine by myself in about 4 hours but I am used to doing this type of work, The average person may spend 8-10 hours assembling it.
