I have tried numerous teeth whitening products and this is the best so far. Others have been as effective but have burned my gums in the process. This stuff doesn't. However, I wish it came with trays since you need them to use this product. I had some extra trays to use from other kits. I also have a UV light you put in your mouth to speed the whitening process. It's a sight to behold, so I got to do it when nobody is home or expected to come over. For the record; I leave the trays in for an hour each time. Yeah, yeah, I know it says 10 minutes. This product should act fast on your teeth and whiten pretty quickly. I’m a dental hygienist, and this should be one of those products that you would see fast results on based on strength and type. But for some reason I did not see fast results at all. And my teeth aren’t super white with nowhere to go. I definitely could use some whitening. I drink a lot of coffee and my teeth were looking pretty dark. I saw improvement after the FIRST TIME. Maybe coffee stains are easy to remove. I don't know, but I like how quick this worked. I've only used it 5 or 6 times (still using the first cylinder), a day or two between uses. Only leave it on 15 minutes. I use a bit more than I intend to because it comes out too easily. But it stays in place in my trays (I use my anti-snore fitted mouthpiece), cleans up easily, tastes OK. I can tell that it might make my teeth and gums sensitive if used every day for long periods. ... show more
