It’s a ladder it does the job, only issue I think is the unlock from open to close is not very visible. With repeated use I will get used to it, but for anyone using it for the first time will have to flip it upside down to find the latch

The 1st step makes you feel unsure and there is absolutely no traction on any of the steps. The shiny finish gives me trust issues.
