Inferior Product

This canopy is cheap and not a quality product at all. The first time we tried to set it up several of the flimsy velcro strips that holds the side walls to the poles either ripped completely off or were close to it, one even ripped a hole in the fabric. The walls and canopy are a very thin cheap tarp like material that is more like a reusable shopping bag. The company is terrible to work with, they offered a 75% refund and said I could keep the tent. I stated I do not want the tent and want a full refund, they have yet to send me a paid shipping label even though I have requested one several times.

Good for your house, but dont depend on it

Very flimsy, when you put it together it shakes very easily and starts leaning very easily. The top tubes dont really fit properly until you install the cover, then it makes some preasure and keeps them together. It also takes a while to setup, even knowing the instructions. The top cover immediately started leaking from where all the sewing places are, so we had to spray it with flex seal to keep water from coming down. But it serves the purpose and will keep your budget running.

This was a terrible purchase. We are still trying to return with no luck. DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM!!!

My Wife bought this tent for our sons graduation which turned out to be a problem throughout the entire day. The tent came in a recycled cardboard box upon delivery. There is no canvas bag or package to put the tent in when not in use and this is a big no go. The poles are made of cheap metal poles that have small detent buttons that hold them together at the center. This initially makes the structure weak. The tent is pretty with clear plastic windows but it is so heavy that the poles strain over the weight. The top (roof) of the tent is not connected to the sides and only hangs over about 4-6 inches. Once it started raining the tent started to get heavier and the extra strain made the tent twist and swivel since it could not hold the weight. When it started to rain even harder the top collapsed because there was not enough tent fabric to go over the sides and allow the water to run off. It essentially pooled up and fell in under the weight. I have tried to return to Amazon who passed me off the manufacturer of this tent. They sent me an e-mail which I explained the same as this review with no response. DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM!

Not as heavy duty as advertised.
Size: 10' x 30' with 8 Sidewalls
The tent is 10x30 as stated in the description. The material is not as heavy duty as it is advertised. There is steel material but the joint fittings are a hard plastic material that can easily break. I would get steel joint fittings next time. Assembly of the tent is straight forward but the materials in the box is not enough to hold the tent in place. There are 32 holes and 8 more spots to tie the rope on the tent to anchor into the ground and the box only has 16 small stakes that go 6 inches into the ground. The tent has Velcro fasteners that are poorly stictched to the polyethylene cover and walls. I had to reinforce the Velcro fasteners because they kept coming a loose with a passing breeze. I had to purchase heavy duty stakes to tie the rope to along with additional double grass staples to hold the tent in place into the ground. I needed this tent for a function this weekend and when I put this together, I was concerned that a casual breeze would tear it down. A light breeze was pulling the walls apart because of the poorly stitched Velcro fasteners which is why I had to reinforce the fasteners. Had to spend extra money just to reinforce the structure. I was very disappointed with this product.

Definitely not heavy duty

This tent is good for white use, maybe once or twice but nothing you would be able to count on. We tried to use this at a beach wedding and we just should have never even tried with this tent. The frame is not clipped into each other at every joint only some of them so the frame can shift making the poles fall down from the roof. The covering is very lightweight like a cheap tarp and with any wind the Velcro straps holding it on will rip off the covering if not left completely alone. Not that great for outside where this product would be intended for use. Maybe a good kid tent for playing inside.

Great looking Tent

" The instructions for the set up for this unit are sub par, all the parts were in the box . I do agree the poles are smaller then my other tents I own. Luckily we had a person on site who set one of these up before . It made a huge difference on the set up. I had to take a photo of the instructions and blow the photo up on my printer . After we set the tent up, we used 500 lb. straps to hold the tent down. The winds were forecasted to be 10 to 15 mph that day in October 2019, it was a wonderful set up . You learn these things after seeing past tents get blown away by the wind."
