I gave it 4 stars only because it did not come with any instructions. Just because it's a replacement remote does not mean you don't know how to operate it. Most remotes that come with television sets are different then the replacements. I was extremely disappointed because I didn't have any instructions to know what other features I could utilize with my smart TV but other than that the remote seemed to work but I was worried about the fact that if I had to reprogram it I didn't have anything to find a new programming number and I also looked at other customer a reviews someone got the same remote it didn't work for the TV and it didn't come with any distractions someone need some form the manufacturer just because it's a replacement remote they still need to provide instructions. ... show more

Original remote for my Samsung TV went out after 10 years. Bought this one as replacement. Only con was that it does not have the dash button and we do a lot of over the air (digital channel such as 25-2). Just means an extra step of typing in channel and then using the up button to get there. No big deal. Otherwise laid out the same as original and works like original. ... show more

Turned on the TV and turned on the remote and BAM! All worked perfectly. I had purchased an OEM remote last year and the thing was crazy hit and miss. This has done the job for me.

I bought a new Samsung TV and the remote did not have a guide button like my remote for my old Samsung TV did. I get my cable for free through an antenna, so I was wanting a guide button to see what is on each station. Works just like the original but at 1/10 the price. Seems to be pretty well built. At this price, even if it died in a year, I feel I could replace it yearly and still have my money's worth of use.

I bought this product to replace the one that came with my TV which got spoilt after 5 years of use, and it performs the exact functions for which I bought it. The keys are very sensitive and I am able to change my TV channels with ease. The price was also good. I will recommend it to anyone.

This remote looks identical to our Samsung remote that mysteriously disappeared.     • Don't Pass It Up!
This product works amazing and works perfectly. I have a 2012 60in Plasma 3D Flat Screen T.V and this remote worked perfectly. The build quality is sturdy and has some weight to it, which to me feels it can take a fall and still keep working. I definitely recommend this product highly.
