The bidet was great until it broke, it was still under warranty. I sent in a warranty claim and nothing happened, I had to call customer service and resubmit a claim, I have called customer service at least 10 times in a month, the customer service people are great, the warranty department is horrible, take forever to return emails, I received a box that showed a complete bidet, when I opened the box it was a bidet without the lid and the seat was broken, I called again and was told to contact the warranty department, they said they will not send a replacement until they received the damaged one, email said that a RMA was sent and if I didn't receive the RMA to contact them, that has been well over a week, no reply emails. My husband purchased this for us because I am about to have rotator cuff surgery on my dominant arm. We have been together for 38 years and I love him dearly, but there is no way he is going to help me with wiping. I have tried to learn to use my non dominant arm but was not having much luck. This bidet toilet seat has been a life changer. It has so many bells and whistles. Some include heated water, night light, dryer, and water wand that you can adjust how far forward or backwards the water will go. All of these items are controlled by a remote control. The seat is a little big and bulky looking due to the water tank attached on the back. That would not have been an issue if we chose one without heated water. It is summer here in the south and swamp ass season has officially started. Goodbye sweaty panties and not feeling fresh and clean! ... show more

If you’re still using dry paper like a pioneer in the 1800s, we need to talk. Installation of this bidet was easy. This seat keeps the water warm for as long as you need. It’s like a spa day for your backside. You can customize pressure and nozzle position like you’re operating a very specific crane. To be honest, the first time that nozzle extends, it’s a bit of a moment. You’re just sitting there, minding your business, and suddenly... technology happens. But once you find your preferred settings, there’s no going back. If you have guests over, maybe give them a heads up. Or don't, and just wait for the surprised yelp coming from the bathroom when they accidentally find the oscillating wash button. If you want to feel clean as a whistle and slightly more sophisticated than your neighbors, this is the answer. Your plumbing will thank you. ... show more

I love the seat however, the customer service has a lot to be desired. They sent me a new remote because the seat was not working properly. Well it still isn't. The seat is always sooooo hot and I reported it again on 5/11/26. I am still waiting for the new seat!!!!
