These joggers have pretty good stretch! They are a slim fit so keep that in mind when ordering. I like that there is an area to add a belt. They are breathable and quick dry when they get wet. These will be getting lots of action!

This is my first pair of pants in the jogger style with elastic at the bottom of the leg, and they fit surprisingly well. I thought the legs would be too slim, but they are comfortable from waist to ankle. I made my best guess and ordered them in size L. Perfect fit. I wear size 36 jeans, and these pants are just right on me. The legs are a bit long, but I have very short legs, and I can't buy pants that do fit my inseam so it's no surprise. The fabric stretches very nicely, the seams were all well constructed, and I feel the overall quality is high. They came out of the package with hard creases in many places, but it only took a couple minutes with the steamer to get them looking nice and smooth. I spilled my water on my lap, and it beaded right off and ran down to the chair. I like the extra pockets, and that these pants also have belt loops, so they don't feel super casual like workout pants. I wouldn't call the fabric heavy duty at all though, and it would probably rip or fray if you spent much time kneeling in them. Overall great quality and value. I'd buy them again.

I use these for workout and jogging. They are very comfortable, super light, thin, breathable, and water resistant. They are thinner than I expected, which is good for my purpose, but I think for hiking, especially if it's going to be cold (e.g. higher altitudes) or during winter, it may be too cold. It has 6 spacious pockets, 4 of them with Velcro. The Velcro is especially useful when I want to carry a key/keys in the pocket. Your keys won't fall off when you take it off to shower or change pants at the gym. It has an elastic waistband to hold it up, and it may be sufficient for you, but also has a belt loop to wear it with a belt. The waistband is comfortable and easily stretchable without causing pressure, like some other work out pants. However, for my size, I need a belt to hold it tight in place, so the belt loop is a very useful. It's a nice slim design. I got the Army Green option, which I like very much. It looks nice and slick that you can wear it inside and outside the gym. Good product and reasonable price. Overall, I would recommend it for workout, gym, jogging, and light hiking during warm seasons. Probably, not best for hiking in cold weather, but I have not tried it for hiking, yet.
