Once you set it up and get the wifi hooked in with the Gateway, it works as advertised. I like being able to lock and unlock my door from anywhere and I love the history as to who has been in and out of the door. The keys that come with it are easy to set up and work well. The media could not be loaded. I bought two of these for our my front and Garage doors. Installation was very easy and the setup went smooth. Setting up the fingerprint and Fobs was flawless; I don't even use the door code anymore. Hornbill customer service contacted me soon after my purchase to make sure all went well. They then contacted me 2 weeks later to confirm all was good. This lock works so well. It has made my life easier, the APP with the scheduled auto lock is also a great feature. The media could not be loaded. It does everything it says it does. It's been so helpful to not need a key to lock or unlock the door. There's a button to lock the door on your way out. We usually use fingerprints to unlock it, but there are several other choices. It takes AA batteries. The only problem I've had is purely cosmetic. The front of the lock leans to one side. I've un-installed and reinstalled it. I removed some wood that I thought may be causing it, but the screws are in place and it's just a little wonky. ... show more

Last weekend, after receiving this during the week, I took approximately 15 minutes and installed this lock on my front door. The written directions were complete and made perfect sense for this rather simple installation. I had received an email from the seller a couple of days beforehand explaining that the tech support team was available any time I needed them and directed me to an installation video if I needed it. The lock works as advertised. The keys all work. Setting up both fingerprint and passcode unlock was quick and easy. We've used the lock several times now and it has worked well each time.
