When the smart toilet arrived, i noticed that the package was a little torn on the side not realizing it will affect the toilet seat cover that has the electronics. Fortunately, the seller communicated very timely and professionally. I only ask to send me a replacement for the broken part. Needless to say, they sent me a completely new smart toilet at no additional cost. We installed it and very happy with the toilet. The way this toilet flushes has soap in it! Wow. Comfortable seat and can change the temperature via remote. All in all, the installation was a breeze. The best experience ever. I've had bidets before. Thought this was an upgrade. The water pressure, even at maximum, is like a gentle squirt gun. You still need paper to finish the job.
