The media could not be loaded. I just installed our new EPLO E-18 Pro and we love it! Installation was easy and this toilet is AMAZING! It has so many features that we love. My wife, especially loves the heated seat. When you walk in front of it, the lid raises automatically, and when you’re finished, and step away, the toilet will automatically flush, and the lid will close. The bidet function works great, and when you’re finished, the dryer will dry your bottom! There are other features, such as a nightlight, deodorizer, adjustable speeds for the dryer and the water temperature. I know I’m missing some features, but we absolutely LOVE this toilet! All the features are working as described and functioning well. It is a very modern and well designed toilet. This toilet exceeds our expectations! We are very happy with this purchase.

The media could not be loaded. We have the sister to this and upgraded to the newest model, EP18 Pro and it does not disappoint!! This is a must have if anyone has stomach issues. There is a light so you don’t have to turn on the light at night. The bidet speaks for itself and gets the job done. My favorite? The heated seat!!! This along has spiked me for any other toilet!! Customer service is very reliable and friendly. We are so glad we got the EP18 Pro!! Would so recommend this to all our family and friends!!!

I INSTALLED TWO OF THESE SMART TOILETS AND MY WIFE AND I LOVE THEM. I HAVE NEVER USED A BIDET TOILET BEFORE BUT NOW USE IT EVERY TIIME. WE LOVE THE TEMPERATURE ADJUSTMENTS FOR THE WATER AND AIR. The media could not be loaded. My husband bought me this toilet for my birthday. I always joked I wanted a fancy toilet.. never thinking we would actually own one.. but my goodness! This is definitely the best splurge item we have ever bought! I’m absolutely thrilled with this eplo toilet.It raises our bathroom to a whole new level. Whenever friends or family come over they love to use this toilet instead of our regular one because it’s so enjoyable to use! Once you have a heated toilet seat in the middle of winter you’ll never want to sit on a cold seat in the middle of the night again! It’s also super nice that it has a night light because I have an infant and sometimes she’s still breastfeeding when I have to pee at 3am.. so it’s not only hands free.. it’s warm.. it cleans me and dries me.. and I can do it all with the lights off so I won’t wake up or startle the baby. Also the auto flush is sooo nice! Be mindful when using other peoples toilets because you definitely can get used to the toilet flushing for you! All in all this is a great toilet.. it’s beautiful.. it was easy to install.. and if I ever move houses this toilet is definitely coming with me! Edit: I forgot to mention! My husband likes our friends eplo g18II because the toilet bowl is a little larger and he fits on it better but I like this Eplo E18 pro because it fits me better. So if you’re a female this shape and size might better fit you. The bigger bowl on the g18II cleans just as well and dries but for me it sprays water into the seat and I always have to wipe it off after use. The G18II also has a backup battery which is necessary at my friends house because they live more “off grid” sort of and rely on generator power from time to time so the battery back up is essential. This E18Pro I think looks a little more sleek because it’s sensor touch at the bottom without the button.. and has the lcd display to see temperature of water and toilet seat. Also the remote is one sided so you can use it while it’s still docked. Also! Our house is nearly 100 years old and we didn’t have a power supply right behind the toilet (which would be ideal) but we just used an extension cord and tucked it behind our sink and plugged it into the wall next to sink where we would typically plug in a hair dryer or something. I thought it would be a nuisance but it’s totally not and I bought a plug expander so now we have our toilet plugged in at all times and still have 3 outlets ready for use with other electronics like hair dryers or shavers. Ok! Great toilet. The best. Also customer service is excellent! They’re responsive and thorough with troubleshooting.
