This Smart Scent Air Machine is a fantastic addition to my home. Its sleek, modern design, despite being made of plastic, looks surprisingly sturdy and high-end. It's incredibly easy to open and refill the essential oil tank. The app control is a game-changer. Being able to schedule the diffuser to turn on and off automatically means my home always smells wonderful without any effort from me. I love that it's a waterless diffuser. Using concentrated essential oil makes a huge difference in scent strength compared to diluted oils. The large 850ml tank is another big plus. I can fill it with pure essential oil and not worry about refilling it constantly. According to my current settings, one fill-up should last me a whopping 162 days! It's truly a "set it and forget it" experience. The coverage area of up to 4500 sq. ft. is also impressive, making it ideal for larger homes or even businesses. The ease of use, app control, large capacity, and waterless operation make this scent diffuser a winner. Wow! This thing really does work very well! The assembly portion took a little bit of time. I asked my 14 year-old son to help out and he was able to figure it out. We used it immediately with some essential oils that I had for relaxation, around bedtime, and the room was immediately filled with the aroma! Not only is the design, sleek and discreet and classy, but the product is very efficient and effective! For the price, I was hoping it was because it’s more expensive, but it says that it does!

The media could not be loaded. I had high hopes for this waterless diffuser based on the description and previous reviews, but unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. As soon as I turned it on, the noise level was extremely loud, completely contradicting both the product description and the positive reviews I had read. After downloading the app (which is not very user-friendly), I added the oil and turned the unit on. The scent did disperse quickly throughout the house, which was great, at first. But soon after, I noticed oil was leaking everywhere instead of misting properly. It spilled out, creating a huge mess. I decided to give it another try. I cleaned everything up and installed it on my HVAC unit using the hose. But as you can see from the photos and video I posted, it continued leaking! Not only did it waste a large amount of my expensive oil, but it also started spitting oil from the hose due to accumulation inside it. To make matters worse, the noise is unbearable. I live in a two-story home, and the diffuser is placed inside the laundry room, behind two closed doors, and I can still hear it clearly from downstairs. That’s how loud it is. Overall, this product is not worth the money. It’s noisy, leaky, and ended up wasting a lot of my essential oils. Very disappointing.

I have read several reviews here and many are for other machines. This is a review of the Smart Scent Air Machine for Home, Hotel, Spa, and Office, 850ML HVAC Scent Diffuser for Essential Oils, Waterless Aromatherapy Diffuser, Cover Up to 4500 Sq. Ft. I was looking for a true whole house unit and this one fits the bill. The HVAC connection ability was what drew me to this one. I can have a great scent in all my rooms with this unit. You can make this happen in 2 ways. You can simply set the unit next to a HVAC return or connect it directly to your central return trunk. I run my HVAC fan continually in my home so there is always fresh scent filling my rooms. The Bluetooth app is very convenient for adjusting the amount of scent released. While it is pretty quiet you will notice it if it's in the same room. I have a 1 story home with a basement that has been finished out giving me about 2500 sq. ft. of living space and this unit works well for me on setting 3. The highest setting is 20! It's completely programmable for each individual day as well! I recommend connecting directly to your HVAC unit, then it's out of sight and you don't have to listen to it when it starts up. Mount it to the wall close to an outlet fill the bottle with your favorite scent and connect the tube to your HVAC return and enjoy a completely scented home. Took me less than 45 minutes to do that. Could have been quicker had the directions been better. Probably a video somewhere you can watch that will help more than the included instruction sheet. I'm very pleased with how easy it is to change scents as well. Just run some alcohol through it and add your new scent. The large 850ml tank will last you a long time. I really love the smell of my house when I walk thru the front door now!

Very well packaged! Came with a small bottle of scented oil which I was not expecting so that was a nice surprise! I installed it into my HVAC system and it easily connected to my phone via the app. I changed the time setting and adjusted the power level. I can smell it coming from all my rooms. Great product and would highly recommend!
