I had the other 2.4 plugs from them and they are "ok". Since we upgraded to a new router, to program 2.4 devices, I have to call the company and have them take me down to 2.4 for an hour. Definitely not user friendly. But then I found these plugs. Since I already had the app, it took less than 1 minute to program each plug. Plugged them in, the app found them immediately, renamed them and presto~ they worked and Alexa found them too. Couldn't be happier!! ... show more

I've had nothing trouble with something that should be simple, smart sockets, over the years I'd given up. They all seemed to work only with a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network and required a 3rd cell phone app to work properly. I discovered the Eightree Smart socket and thought I'd give it a try. I'm impressed.
