After my shattered into a few pieces I searched out a new remote. I found the one I was looking for and ordered it. Once received it did not look like the one I used o have. However, I attempted to pair it with the bed. The Seller sent instructions and promised support and definitely delivered. I has issues (due to me not plugging in the bed after trying to reset on the third time) and I also had to use the inverted reset button which was a little tricky. Matt from Bradley's Furniture was very patient with me as we emailed back and forth until I finally got the bed to move again. It was like bringing on new life! :) LOL!
