Terrible product failed in a couple of month after a few times of usage. I was offered to buy insurance on amazon but the insurance company said it does not cover. I called taotao the manufacturer at least 5 times but no one ever pick up the call. Poor customer service and product, don’t buy it!!!!

It's easy to put together.found string inside the oil fill cap,2 dents by headlight, scratches on front fender . These little machines are cheap but they shouldn't show up in this kinda shape

Inoperable ATV - but stated it was brand new. Then expect you to replace parts, & be a mechanic because they sold you trash!
