Received this yesterday and went to install but I was missing parts. First off I am missing a charger for the battery which is super annoying because the battery was pretty much dead. I couldn't do anything on the app because it kept saying battery less than 20% So i can't even use the code or anything. Missing the black pieces that go on the side of the door and NO door sensor piece. Had to use my own screws becasue It didn't come with all the ones I needed. To pay this much for a door lock and it not have all the pieces needed EXPECIALLY a battery is absolutely ridiculous ... show more

It works great just wish the manual lock was better it was backwards I had to force it to go the right way took a lot of effort to make it work and the cover was hard to put in the small screws it was something that should have only taken 15-30 minutes turned to 1-1.5 hours but maybe it was just mine but now that it’s in the right place it’s better ... show more

Sleek and easy to use keyless lock system. I have been looking for a system like this for a while and it worked out great. I’m a renter and all the other systems required drilling the door except this one. It was an easy install. My door is a little off so I do no utilize the auto-lock feature but I tested it and it works perfectly if this is your desired function. The app is easy to use. Customer support is excellent and speedy with responses. Best part if I move I can easily uninstall this unit and take it with me to my next home. I have dog sitters and teenagers who lose keys and I easily assigned them each a code. The notifications on my phone help me know who is entering, it’s great back up for my doorbell camera. Time consuming to install and setup the app. I used it for a week. The camera take a "Wandering Alarm" video, but it is after the fact of someone being at the door. Example someone mistakenly dropped groceries off on my porch, and my video is of the groceries on the porch (not a person coming and going to deliver them). Same thing occurred when they realized they had the wrong house, no one on video and just an empty porch. Some times the lock on the front door says it is locked but the front door is open... when in fact it is not open. In a weeks time I have had to recalibrate that front door lock on two separate occasions. I am returning this defective device. Oh an obviously my builders painted the door with the hardware on instead of painting it before the hardware went on. So, that is another issue, but not the fault of the product itself. ... show more

The lock itself is very sleek and modern looking, blending in nicely with my door. I love the convenience of the keyless entry, and it's great that I don't have to worry about losing keys or giving them to friends or family. The touchscreen keypad is responsive and easy to use, and the knock-to-unlock feature is a nice added touch. The app remote control is also a great feature, allowing me to easily grant access to guests or check the lock status from anywhere. The compatibility with Alexa and Google Assistant is also a huge plus, making it even more convenient to use. The fact that it is BHMA certified adds an extra level of security and peace of mind. Received this the other day. At first I was skeptical about the features and quality because of the low price. Did a dry run test, great functionalities and it worked fine with the KK app. It's a high quality lock with different options to unlock the door. App installation is easy and adds a lot more great features to this device. I am a real estate agent and a property manager. I used to travel across the town to let the clients in the listings/rental properties. I'm so excited to use this at my next listing. This does a great job of locking and unlocking. The knock unlock sometimes works. The problem we have with it, is it does not do a great job notifying you someone is at the door unless they ring the doorbell on the lock. Which no one ever does because we have an actual doorbell.
