At first the remote worked fine; but after a few weeks it stopped working and could never connect to the 2.4 GHz router again and there was no way to reset it, and the flashing light, which indicates pairing with the router, also stopped working. (Newborns also die, Lol). Unfortunately, the 30-day return grace period is no longer available from Amazon and for this reason the seller send me an e-mail offering me a new device; but for logistic reasons that escaped from his hands, he couldn't ship the new remote to overseas and this is the reason why he gave me a refund. So, I am thinking to buy another smart remote control from the same seller, but for now, I will wait until I need to buy other things with value of $35 or more in order to get the free shipping to overseas.

It seems to perform all the remote functions one might expect: I was able to control a fan, a TV and a digital picture frame (combination of IR and RF) with this device. Hooray, right? Except this is a Tuya device underneath, and if your internet is down, your ability to control anything stops. Even when the device is connected to the same wifi as your phone, in the same house. The hard dependency on cloud servers makes this a no-go for my personal use case.

Good cheap ir blaster. Unfortunately it is dependent on the cloud for storing and using learned codes. Would be better if it allowed local control. Temperature and humidity readings are attained locally which is nice

Lo compre para controlar mi ventilador de techo pero la frecuencia a la que trabaja mi ventilador es menor a la mínima que admite este dispositivo y al final no lo pude usar antes de comprar revise que el dispositivo que quiere controlar este en el rango de frecuencias que dice el vendedor
