I got this fingerprint, keypad security door lock for use at my small business. I was able to install it myself but it did take me a minute to figure it all out. The instructions were helpful seeing how it was my first time installing any type of lock on a door. Once it was up and running, I was impressed with how well the fingerprint reader worked. It is fast and accurate. It has not given me any trouble so far. The keypad is also responsive, and it is handy to have as a backup option or an alternative to the fingerprint. One thing I really like is the auto lock feature. I can set it to automatically lock the door after a certain amount of time, which is great for peace of mind for a forgetful person like me. I like that there is also an option to disable the keypad from the inside, which is a nice security feature. The lock itself seems to function properly and is well made lock. The battery life has also been decent so far. I have not had to change it yet, and I use the lock multiple times a day. Overall, I am happy with this fingerprint door lock. It hass made my life easier and given me peace of mind.

I bought this lock for our new home and I am very pleased with how it looks installed. I prefer the longer handles because it is way easier to open with your hands full. This is a smart lock with lots of cool features in the app, including use history which is pretty cool. My fiance has to have something we could open with a fingerprint because he never has his keys and this one does it. Our old lock had several issues after a bit of use but this one seems well made and durable. I also like that the numbers are big and clear as the last one they were close together and I would have to enter the code more than once. It came well packaged and was fairly easy to install. I don't think I could go back to using keys at this point, well worth the purchase.

Instructions were straight forward, installation didn’t take long. Being able to unlock with fingerprint, keys, rfid cards, passcodes, the app, etc gives you plenty of ways to authenticate. It does require the gateway in order to work over WiFi or Alexa. The app itself seems to work well and I haven’t encountered any issues. The only thing missing is the ability to visually verify the door is locked just by looking at the lock itself. However you can check the locked status within the app. Over all would recommend.

Works extremely well and is extremely solid in feel and functionality. Lock is very easy to set up and program. I am giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because I wish I would have realized that I could not connect directly to Alexa without the “optional” gateway. They sell these as a pair, but many locks do not have separate gateways that are needed. It’s really my fault and doesn’t take anything away from the functionality of the lock itself, but it’s kind of a pain to take my phone to the lock every night to lock the front door. The other issue is the app is needed to lock the door unless you decide to activate the auto-lock functionality, which requires a fingerprint, fob or other way to unlock the door. There should be a way to enter the code or fingerprint to lock the door. In my opinion, buy the gateway to avoid these issues.
