This Jokiro smart lock with the camera is so convenient, especially the video calling function. The camera within this knock allows me lively viewing who is at my door and talking with visitors. Built-in wifi, no need to install a bridge. Multi ways to open the door like app remote control, keys, keypads, and Alexa. The lock can be easily operated with voice commands. The chime alarm within the lock is super useful and the auto-lock function helps lock the door automatically in case you forget to do so manually. Super easy to set up this lock following the instructions. The only thing that needs to be checked is to make sure its size fits the door. The battery can be charged by a power bank when the low-battery indicator lights on, no worries about being locked outside. The lock has been working flawlessly since I installed it. Lock install went fine. Was able to connect to the phone app but the device refuses to connect to the internet. It recognizes my internet but won’t connect at all! It’s extremely frustrating because you can’t use the video without the connection. For over $300, this is not good.

This product is terrible. I bought it to manage my vacation property remotely. But this product cannot stay connected to Wi-Fi, I'm constantly having to travel back to my vacation property to reset the product and reconnect it to Wi-Fi, completely defeating the purpose of having a product that can be remote controlled through Wi-Fi. Each time there's a reason the Wi-Fi disconnects, the product cannot reconnect to the same network at all. I have to change the SSID on the network for the product to reconnect to it as a new network. I don't recommend buying this product unless you want to sit beside it and keep resetting it and updating it. Update: it's been 6 months and this product has got worse. Even if it connected to Wifi, it is unable to transmit video feed and now has a permanent door jammed error that can't be cleared. ... show more

Imagine coming home and finding your door wide open when it should be locked? How would you feel? I wanted to like this lock - I really did but it’s just not working. It cannot connect to wifi and now is randomly malfunctioning. Must return.
