I would never use a shock collar on my girls, so having accidentally ordered this, I am unsure how to review it in a meaningful way. But I took a look at similar shock collars and the features here are pretty standard, and in terms of value, you’re getting 3 instead of 1. I’ve seen quite a few packs of 2 but I would think that most people have 1 dog? I mean, I have 2, and obviously some people have 3 or 11 dogs, but this is really only a good value if you need 3 of them to use at the same time and honestly, it’s only something to buy if absolutely everything else fails. My Maya used to bark incessantly but I love her so I worked on it with her for probably years before she became less of a barker, and yet, while I thought about getting her a shock collar I just never could and never did. If you think it’s not cruel and it’s effective and you need 3 of them, then these would probably be a reasonable deal. ... show more

We’re using it keep our puppy from running away which she loves to do oblivious of any traffic. Worked with the vibration mode first, causing her to pause, keeping the shock for emergencies.

Do yourself a favor, and before you would try this on your dog, try it on yourself first. Even though this has 1-99 levels of the electric stimulation- the lowest setting is still pretty strong, and then only going up from there. If you have a super sensitive dog, then even the lowest setting is too strong, and you'll make your dog scared and anxious of the collar. An e-collar should be used as a training device, not as a punishment. ... show more

I have not yet tested or tried this on my doggie but am going to edit my review if necessary. It seems like it will be a great tool for training. From what I can tell it has voice, vibrate and shock which can be controlled manually or with AI integration. I will start with the packaging and items. Pleasantly surprised to see that it came with three collars. There were many items nicely packaged. It seems from the directions that the AI feature is able to be turned on and off. And the prongs for the "shock" look like they will screw into the back of each collar. Collars are adjustable but the quality of material seems average at best. There are metal prongs that screw on in two different sizes (short and long) with plastic covers which attach to the collar. These are provided for each collar. Editing my review to add what I have noticed so far after using the product: Collars are adjustable and with some effort they can be made smaller or larger. There is so much slack on the collar that the extra piece might interfere with the prongs for the "shock" delivery. The remote pairs with each collar individually and using for each collar you simply dial to the appropriate collar. The collars are not battery operated but you charge each one with a usb-c adapter. I don't know if I like this or not but I guess it doesn't matter because the shock collar is not going to be for everyday use. I inadvertently used the AI feature. To make it clear the AI feature can be turned on and off and is only applicable to when it determines the dog is barking. You simply turn it on or off by short pressing the A button on the side of the remote. This was on when we were testing the collar on our doggie and he was playing and barked and it did vibrate. There are three features on the remote which are noise, vibrate and then shock. All features work well. We have not used it outside yet but seems durable. ... show more

I’ve been using this training collar for about a month, and it has made a noticeable difference with my Jack Russell. He used to pee all over the house and also had a habit of running too close to the road. Living in the country, I let him roam, but his boundaries kept getting wider and it was starting to worry me. A friend had success using sound cues with her dog, so I decided to give this collar a try. So far, the sound and vibration modes have been very effective. I personally have not used the static (shock) mode, so I can’t comment on that feature. My rule is simple: if I wouldn’t try it on myself, I won’t use it on my dog. Since I can’t safely test the static mode, I stick to sound and vibration. Here’s how I use it: I start with the sound as a warning If he continues the unwanted behavior, I use the vibration This combination has worked extremely well. Results: He has completely stopped peeing around the house He no longer wanders close to the road So in terms of effectiveness, this collar has truly helped our situation. I also really like that one remote can control up to three collars. I bought additional collars for my other dogs, and it works great — I can correct one dog using a sound without it affecting the others. The collar is also fully rechargeable, which is a big plus. I’ve only charged mine once, and it’s still going strong. The wide range of sound and vibration settings makes it easy to find the right level for each dog, which has made training even more effective. The extra features, like the LED light, reflective strip, waterproof design, and long battery life, all add to the convenience and overall value. Overall, I’m really happy with this product.
