    • Great product- one minor flaw.
I purchased three of these. They were very easy to install & easy to set up with the fingerprints etc.. However, the system does not seem to remember or recognize the fingerprints after they’re put in. In other words, it worked when I set it up and then later on tried to open the door and had to use my phone instead of my fingerprint because it didn’t recognize it…ugh! Otherwise, they’re pretty cool and also relatively affordable. ... show more

I'm very impressed with the performance and design of this lock. The installation process was very simple and quick. I just needed a screwdriver and the instructions that came with the lock. It took me less than 10 minutes to replace my old deadbolt with this new one. The lock fits perfectly on my door and blends in with the style of my house. It doesn't look bulky or out of place at all. The fingerprint sensor is amazing. It is very responsive and accurate, and it recognizes my fingerprint in less than a second. I never have to worry about forgetting or losing my keys anymore. I can also use my phone to unlock the door with the app, which is very convenient and easy to use. The app lets me create and manage different access codes for my family members and guests, and I can also see the unlocking history and battery status of the lock. This lock works with Alexa. I bought a gateway device that connects the lock to my Wi-Fi network, and now I can use voice commands to lock and unlock the door. It is very handy when I have my hands full or when I want to check the status of the lock from anywhere. This lock is a perfect combination of minimalism and technology, and I highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a smart and stylish way to secure their home. This was really easy to install using the existing deadbolt space and the new screws that were provided. Once you have it all in place, 4x AA batteries are needed to power the lock. You will also need to download the NiceDigi app from your phones app store to setup and program the lock. What i like is that only the admin needs an account, other users can be added from the administrators phone. thumb print setup was quick and easy to do. Wish there was a mode for any finger to open and close. It seems to ONLY work with memorized fingers so use for private doors only.

I thought I would miss the number pad with this lock but I do not. It is very easy to install if you already have another deadbolt. Took a few minutes. The long part is getting everyone's fingerprints lol. But the process was easy and seamless. Batteries last a while for me and love that they have a key option. So much easier to use when your hands are full. I feel more secure with a lock that locks itself for me when I can't or may forget. I think it is priced fairly. ... show more
