I recently got this safe and to me it was a good value. One of the things that I like is the fingerprint scanner. I have gotten another safe from this company before and I noticed that it does take a while to set the fingerprint scanner up. And although the fingerprint scanner from these safes are annoying, they are worth it once its finished. The safe is easy to use after the initial setup. Another thing that I like about this safe is the quality. It seems like its durable enough to last a while and looks solid. I also like that you can use a key as a secondary way to open the safe. This is nice if you need access and the battery dies. I also like that the battery is rechargeable. I have gotten a safe before from another company that was almost the same price and took AA batteries, so I appreciate the fact that it's rechargeable. Overall, this was a good purchase. It has many features such as fingerprint, key, lights on the inside, etc, offering a good value. ... show more

    • Disappointed, terrible initial setup.

This arrived quick and was packaged well, but it did not have a key. Regardless, I decided to press on since there's three other access options. The box itself is has a good build quality and feels solid enough. The biggest issue I had was the initial setup and instructions. Couldn't even factory reset the code because the manual references a "set" button...and THERE IS NO SET BUTTON, only Add and Delete. Best part it this nonexistent Set button is referenced on the page right next to the previous page, which has a diagram on it...Come on, how did they butcher this so badly?! I still tried resetting it by pressing the other buttons separately and simultaneously, but just ended up getting locked out. No idea if it'll let me try again after a certain time frame, because there's nothing in the manual about that. Worst part is my four brand new AA batteries are locked inside of this useless paperweight. Do yourself a favor and take a HARD PASS on this until the manufacturer hires someone competent to write the instruction manual. UPDATE: While packing it back up to return it I did find the keys, they were loosely put in the shipping box and got wedged between it and the black foam. Those should really be in the back with the two undersized mounting screws they included and taped to the lock box or something. Either way, in an effort to be fair I added a star (from 1 to 2). The seller does include a card mentioning they offer technical support through a WhatsApp number and email, so maybe my other issues could've been resolved, but for something as simple as a lock box you shouldn't need tech support. ... show more

Very good build quality. Feels like a tank. Easy to setup. I have another one that's very similar to this so I'm pretty familiar with the operation and setup. Fingerprint works great but I mostly use the numbers to access the gun safe. A full sized hand Gina with an enclosed optic, streamlight tlr1, and 5 inches barrel/slide fits perfectly.
