Do not spend your money on this brand of products. Besides malfunctioning it is impossible to get support to fix problems, and Amazon people is not competent to offer the needed back up on the products Amazon sells or represent.

The seller responded to my review and refunded the purchase. While the toilet didn't perform as expected, the seller proved to be trustworthy and willing to stand behind their product. Their response warranted an upgrade in rating, as they were willing to resolve the issue. I will try their product again. Nothing works in this piece: all the features behave erratically, the lid doesn't open or close when it should, not even with the toe kick control; the wash and heat turn on when they want, not when you'd like them to. And the flush? that is like pouring a couple of teaspoons of water in the bowl: it just sits there doing nothing, You have to flush like a couple dozen times to eliminate just toilet paper. Obviously it will be immediately returned, but I won't recover the expense of the plumber to install it and now replace it. Have no idea how this company stays in business.... ... show more

The media could not be loaded. This was my first bidet toilet and so far I’m impressed. I opted to forego the auto open close for the backup battery and UV sanitizer. We did have a punctured supply hose that threw a wrench in the install and it’s not easy to find exact replacement parts but off the shelf US hoses seem to work. Amazon support was amazing as usual and satisfied me on this purchase above and beyond. ... show more

    • Fantastic, until things stop working
We loved this toilet when it was first installed. About three months later the heated seat stopped working. Searched and searched for a company to reach out to, nothing. Now one year later the dryer won't blow warm air. So we're stuck with an expensive toilet that doesn't do what it's supposed to. Don't make the mistake we did. Invest your money in a product where the manufacturer is available to solve problems like this. ... show more
