Best thing I ever bought since buying my cricut. I did fine with my 9x9 HTVRont heat press machine. However, after making one shirt with this heat press, I realized my game has been stepped up quite a few pegs! Super easy to use, and lighter than all of the other machines I looked into online. If you are just starting out, or a seasoned pro needing a new heat press, this is your product!! Basically, take it out of the box, plug it in, set the time and temp, and you're set to go.

Once again figured the plug wasn't connected it works wonderfully...love the LCD. Only hang up is the slide out part doesn't have a stopper and after a press is very hot get heat gloves.

ID GIVE 0 STARS IF I COULD!! Purchased this press n sent back immediately. The heat temperature gets way too hot its not correct n there's no knob to control pressure so it made it damn near impossible to press a htv shirt

I bought this press purely because of the price and shipping! I had some gift cards saved up and wanted to spend as little out of pocket as possible. After ordering I started reading the reviews here and got a little nervous about them. My press arrived very quickly - I ordered around 1:00 on a Tuesday and it was here by 11:00 that Thursday...less than 48 hours! The bottom plate slides all the way out, so that is helpful in setting it up. It is not very heavy without the bottom plate so it is easy to move around if needed. There was a "practice" t-shirt, 2 teflon cover sheets, and a small manual included with mine (someone else said they did not receive any instructions). I did notice a loose cord when I set it up and wasn't quite sure where it went...the manual did not show this. I looked back at photos here on Amazon and noticed it was connected on the side (I was looking under the bottom of the time/temp box). The top plate seemed loose so I tried adjusting the pressure screws and that helped. Once I set it up, I plugged it in and adjusted the temp and timer according to the directions in the maual for the product I was pressing. The timer does not automatically start when you close the press like some other presses that I have used (or if it does, I do not know how to make that work). I have used the press on two different occassions so far. The first presses during each occassion did not 'stick' near the front edge of the plate. I am not sure if this was a pressure issue or a heat issue. It seems that maybe the press heats unevenly, so you may need to let it warm-up longer (I had to reposition the first shirts 3-4 times and adjusted to full pressure to get the vinyl to stick). Once I got going with it, the remaining shirts and vinyl pressed with one 20-second press each. The whole thing can get quite hot with extended use. I had my hand resting on the handle and didn't realize at first that my knuckle was toucing the top of the press...but two seconds later, I realized it! Holding the handle on the bottom plate when opening the press is helpful if you have the pressure knob really tight! I went into this knowing that I was not buying a top-of-the-line, professional quality press, but I am fine with that. I wanted an affordable heat press that I could use to make teacher shirts and vacation shirts for fun. This press is perfect for that! I am very pleased with this purchase of my first heat press.
