The packaging was well done and everything was undamaged in shipping. The heat control unit is not the same as pictured, however it is easy to use even though it fits loosely in the holder. This is okay by me because when I press mugs, i remove it from the main press and set it on the workbench next to the mug press. I was taken back that the mug attachment screws are very short and do not pass through the bracket which makes the mug attachments loose in the mug press. The swivel post is very loose fit and does wobble some. Overall I do like the press and it does suit my needs as a hobbyist. If I were to go into a home production I would opt for a more quality type of press. ... show more

I've had this press for only 9 months and it has worked great while it was working but all of a sudden one day it just wouldn't turn on anymore. Was working just fine the day before. For the price I had hoped it would've lasted longer than a year or two. But 9 months seems a bit fast for it stop working all together. ... show more

It arrived before delivery date and the product looked great and very easy to assemble. The temperature control malfunctioned and the seller offered to replace it, but due to this being my 2nd heat press with electrical issues (different sellers) and my fear of electrical fires etc, I opted to return it instead. I took it to FedEx as required, long story short, they lost it! After doing everything I was advised to do, I contacted the seller and was refunded the balance of the purchase price with no issues.
