The media could not be loaded. The packaging /box was very sturdy so Nothing could move around. Set up was a breeze, but my top piece had several broken bulbs, so it doesn't light up. I had my own, extra replacement bulbs, and it still does not light. I KNOW the branches had to be stepped on (at the plant) to break, because the light bulb itself has a hard,glass shell. The tree does not come with extra light bulbs either. I REALLY Wish it had a dozen extra bulbs (like other trees with lights), it would help Now I have to but a set to make it complete. It's about 3 feet wide (guessing) and Perfect for an empty corner. Bright white lights. Looks pretty without decorations too. Nice for Any time of the year since it's black and narrow. Even outside (dry weather conditions / spring - fall months). I'm happy with the look but would be Happier if it still lit w/1 bulb burned out. Mine were completely broken to the core. 4 stars.

This tree is perfect for our corner in the living room. It is sturdy and fills out nicely. I just had to take my time and do it right. To protect your hands, I suggest wearing a good pair of basic gardening gloves before fluffing any artificial tree. I fluffed out the bottom section piece completely before attaching the next piece to it. I then attached the next section of the tree and fluffed it completely. Added the third section (the 9 and the 12 footers have 4 sections), fluffed it out, and finally added the top section. It takes time to make any tree look good. I took about 90 minutes doing it this way, but it turned out beautifully. It has a nice base for a star as well. Please note: It is so slim and tall that I found it can become top-heavy if we didn't pay close attention. Since we have fur babies in the house (5 felines and 1 large 89 pound pup) we decided to anchore it with fishing line to a hook in the ceiling, to proactively avoid any possibility of a litteral knock-down mess that could occur. This took all of about 5 minutes to complete. No big deal at all. If you are looking for a nice white tree with soft white lighting, I definitely would recommend this product!

This is a fun little tree, just right for a small statement that yes, I do acknowledge Christmas. Easy to assemble and the integrated lights are great. We put it up and decorated it easily and it was easy to take down and fit well in the original box to store for next year. A bargain compared to buying live trees every year.

Love this tree. I received the 12ft version. Easy to fluff and adjust. It does look a little skimpy without any decoration but it will definitely fill out once it is decorated. The only fault is one after everything was decorated a fuse blew in one of the lower sections. Replacement fuses are provided and it was easy to change. Overall very please with my purchase.

This tree is fuller than I anticipated. Its branches are of good quality to separate and fluff. It has many pre-lit lights, no additional are needed. Highly recommend for its price.

Ordered to to replace my old thin green tree. once fluffed, the tree is very full and I was happy to see that there are enough lights on it that I don't need to add my own. The base is wide and keeps the tree sturdy. Can't wait to decorate it

The only reason it gets 2 stars is it was relatively inexpensive. Not nearly as full as it looks in the picture, even after a lot of fluffing. Lights aren't consistently spaced, there are some sections with virtually none. There are also these bright blue and orange plastic pieces where the branches meet the trunk, I had to color over them with a black sharpie.

The tree was easy to assemble. It did not flake, and it looked good in the spot that we had planned to put it in. We didn’t want to go with the traditional green tree last Christmas so it was very decorative.
