    • Does what is says, would be 5/5 if it was made out of thinner material.
Blocks the light as advertised really well, but the material is pretty thick. As a, result you can only use with the screen folded out.

I’ve had this on my wish list for a while, but just bought it to film the eclipse. I usually use a field monitor with a hood, so it hasn’t been too much of an issue, but having a hood for the flip out screen really helped in the bright sunlight any time I needed to adjust settings.
