- Multiple Mounting Points: Built-in 1/4"-20 threaded holes, 3/8"-16 threaded holes, locating holes for ARRI, cold shoe mounts, NATO rails, QD socket, and strap slots, etc. The top and left sides feature HawkLock H21 NATO rail, H18 cold shoe mount, and H38 quick release plate for Arca-Swiss for swift accessory attachment. This thing is a tank. Extremely well built with a great fit. I actually use it with the original canon R5 without issue. Everything is well placed unlike my other cage that I used to have on the camera which had certain buttons that would slightly be under a part of the cage making it a bit difficult to reach and operate properly. The handle is nice and fits my hands perfectly. You'll have sooooo many mounting options now for adding monitors, mics, lights whatever you need across different mounting connection types.

I recently got to shoot with the R5 II for a week and this cage was the perfect accessory for it. It fits every curve of the R5 II perfectly. There is no other cage on the market that compliments this camera the way this cage does. The color of the cage is a nice touch. It has a ton of mounting options to build a fully functional rig capable of any tasks. The top handle goes with the cage so well that i feel like it should never come off. The cage fully secures the R5 II and will protect it from bumps and scrapes to the vulnerable corners of an unprotected camera. It also has cable clamp that protects your cables and ports when in use.
