Compact and (so far, at least) durable. Only problem was that I wasn't quite able to tell how big it was from the pictures, so it's a tad too small for my mic. Still works well enough, and on top of that, it was affordable enough to get along with the rest of the parts for my budget PC! The product works exactly as it should, but I am concerned about that day in the future when the rubber band are stretched, and the mic no longer stays put. Or worse yet; one of the bands breaks. I suppose as long as it is easy and cheap to find replacement bands, it will be fine. 5 stars for now, but we'll see. ... show more

Using this to attach a Rode NTG Go to a boom pole. Might purchase a nicer mount if I had a more expensive mic, but no real complaints about this one. Works well. Doesn't feel cheap.

    • The rear circumference is much smaller than 45mm.
While this will not work for the mic I wanted to put into it. I'll keep it and toss it into my things box for possible use in the future. It is well made and would work great for a mic with a diameter smaller than about 25mm. It would be better to specify the larges size mic it can handle.
