The build quality is excellent and it feels very solid and durable, which is exactly what you want when mounting a camera. Instead of worrying about carrying different quick adapter mounts, this adapter essentially covers both setups, making it much more convenient when switching between mounts. I use this with my DJI Action 6, and it has honestly been a bit of a game changer. Picked this up for my Pocket 3 and it's been great for quick camera swaps. The connection is surprisingly strong - I was worried it'd be loose but it clicks in firmly with the locking mechanism. Being able to pop the camera on and off different mounts without fumbling with screws is a huge time saver when I'm filming. The dual interface design (magnetic plus the 2-prong mount) gives you flexibility. I've used it on a tripod, selfie stick, and bike mount without issues. Aluminum build is quality, not cheap plastic. Adds a few grams to your setup but the convenience is worth it.

This is perfect for my new DJI Osmo Action 6. The magnetic adapter makes it quick and convenient to swap mounts and to move the camera around as needed. I'm not a stranger to Smallrig, they make quality camera accessories and this mount is no exception. The mount has a good quality feel and fit, which makes for a study mounting which is important when filming footage. Overall this is a good value for the money over the OEM DJI mount accessories.

Neat design to allow both 2-prong connection and 1/4" threaded mounts, but there is a small amount of wiggle when using the two-prong mount style. It is best to have a separate mount for each type, as most people using an action camera won't want any extra camera wobble or jolts.

I have some other Smallrig gear that is plastic and cheap but this mount is different. This mount is full metal construction down to the GoPro mounting ears, it doesnt have any flex and holds tight during extreme activities. The quick release portion is the same quality construction and includes the mounting tabs and a fairly strong magnetic attachment. Zero play in the attachment on the camera side so it won't introduce any unwanted vibrations to your videos. Base has a 1/4 screw tripod mount and GoPro style ears. Tested on a DJI Osmo Nano, mount works equally well on the camera and the Vision Dock.
