I see one reviewer stated that these batteries throw an error on him R5 MK II. I have the R5 MK II and I have not experienced that at all. So far I see no difference in performance between these and the OEM Canon LP-E6P batteries. I'm please with my purcase. I got two for the price on on OEM and the charger to go a long with it. Is it THAT important to have decoded batteries that provide super accurate power readings to your camera? I don't think so. I am however, a few generations behind with my two Canon 6Ds so I could be wrong. As typical with Smallrig, the build quality is excellent. It has a low profile charger which I haven't actually used as I'm using the OEM canon and Llano chargers for all of my batteries. As far as the batteries themselves, they fit without an issue, don't rattle and provide the same power I expect from Canon batteries. The only issue I have with these is the price. I don't think you need to spend that much when there's so many third party batteries on the market that are just as reliable and powerful as the batteries Canon provides. In the past, I would be skeptical about unknown third parties but quality control and testing is a lot better these days. ... show more
