Initially when I plugged the charger in, the light underneath small rig was red and the batteries weren’t being recognized. Upon further reading, I learned this was the products way of showing you the voltage of your charging cube is not enough! So smart imo. Once I switched it the proper voltage, they charged quickly!     • Doesn’t work
Terrible. Mine does not work at all. The LED light shows 5W and none of the batteries actually charge. I’ve used USB boxes that were rated for 100W and it still wouldn’t go above 5. I feel like my money was stolen from me and I doubt anyone from this company will do anything to make it right.

Charge the batteries in a timely manner. You need to have a 20v charger for all 4 compartments to work/charge at the same time

    • Good item while it lasted. But dies quickly.
Died for some reason on the 3rd month. We kept it in a cage and only took out the batteries when we needed. Willing to buy another one but concerned about another one dying again.
