- Yes 20W charging! Yes, definitely, for sure this case is able to charge a battery at up to 20W! You just need to set it to 20W/Channel (Read the instruction manual) in the settings Menu. Factory default is set to 12W+12W because many folks use aftermarket batteries which have issues if charged over 12W. Also the dual 12W configuration has good balance between speed and efficiency. You can set the chargers to 20W+7W total 27W mode so that you can charge the first battery from 0% to 80% in 35 minutes which is only a few minutes slower than the OEM charging case

If you're looking for an alternative battery charger, this one works. I bought this thinking it was a portable battery bank charging system (like an ear bud case) but it's not. However, that doesn't take away from this charger since it was my fault for not doing additional research. It charges batteries fast, displays battery level and condition. I decided to keep it because multiple chargers is a plus. I haven't tried as a power bank to charge other devices and probably will not.

This compact charger works flawlessly. The digital readout provides all the information you need to know the state of charge and the charging rate. Very simple to use, but can be programmed with many options for those that insist on making changes. I highly recommend, and would not hesitate to purchase again.

Seems like the best insta360 x5 charger you can buy right now that’s in stock. The good: 1. able to charge 2 insta360 x5 batteries at once. 2. A charging display to tell you the battery life 3. Seems a bit more quality made vs the other insta360 x5 chargers I’ve tried. 4. Will hear a beeping noise once battery reaches 100% 5. Once battery reaches 100% the charge slows to 0w. The bad: 1. Slow charging!!! From my testing this unit maxes out per port at 12w each. So about 25w total charging 2 battles simultaneously. This is about double the time it would take compared to charging directly to insta360 x5. Putting the battery inside the insta360 x5 and charging that way you are able to charge a battery at around 25w. Final thoughts - if this device was able to max the charge at 25w per port and 50w total charging 2 batteries simultaneously this would be a perfect product. I would leave 5 stars but I’m going to leave 4 stars due to slow charging.

Review update: They reached out and offered to provide a replacement at no cost to me the new unit worked with no issuse right out of the box as it should I will provide another update in a few weeks to see if I have the same issue as before but overall their support is great and got me a new unit within a few days. Screen doesn't work 90% of the time. When it does work it just flashes on and off. It stopped properly charging my batteries after a few weeks. It just stats beeping randomly sounds like it;s going to explode. When it does charge I have to put in the batteries multiple times for them to register and when it does its usually only 1 battery that does so I am constantly messing with it. When it does start charging I have to make sure not to even slightly touch it or it will stop charging. I have tried various charging cables and it does it regardless.

The media could not be loaded. Just bought it and please read the manual! There is a way to get to the settings to change charging speed and mine got 2% in 30 seconds. You will have to manually set the charging speed 5 times before it stops resetting back to 12 watts so please be mindful about that. Also I love how it beeps when the battery is fully charged and also in settings, it’s a pain but you can also set it to put full 20w the whole charging cycle otherwise it will slow toward the end like an iPhone. It’s kinda bulky but will do in a backpack or on the lanyard I guess but if it hits something it’s not durable so expect it to pop open like an AirPods case and fling the batteries out! I’ll put pictures to give an idea of the size because it might not fit in your pocket comfortably. One battery is already at 90% while I’m still typing so this might just be a big win for how much I spent on this which I could have paid more for something worse
