UPDATE: the company made this right and replaced the batteries for me, the new works are absolutely perfect and work just like the originals from insta360! I think I got faulty batteries the first time. The charger works and charges my oem battery fully to 100% but I can leave these batteries on the charger til their green and when I put them in the camera it says one is at 70% and the other only gets to like 68%. It's nice to have the backup batteries but I wish they would fully charge! Even installing them in the camera and plugging the cord directly to it to charge, the batteries will not go over 70% life.

Insta360 released an update that detected that the old version of these batteries are not OEM, and automatically shut down when using the batteries. I had to roll the X4 firmware back in order to use the batteries. They were NOT "just like original". The Seller sent the new version to replace the old version, and the X4 is happy using them on the new firmware. Product Description Quote: 【Full Compatibility with Insta 360 X4 Only】The battery charger kit is designed to be fully compatible with the Insta 360 X4 Only, just like original. --Update: Seller says their newest version of battery does work in the latest x4 firmware. I will update the review when it arrives and I can test it out. --Update: Seller sent their newest version of the batteries, and they DO work just fine! I'm changing my rating/review because the current product does once again work AND their customer service/responsiveness is really good. Review updated to reflect this.

These batteries charge fast and functions as it should. They seem to be well made and are great as either backup or even primary batteries. They hold a charge just as long as OEM batteries which is impressive and the charger is a great bonus to have. Wouldn’t hesitate to get more of these!

Good buy. Each battery lasts 45 min to an hour. Depending on the quality of video you choose. I can charge all 3 batteries and be ready to go when traveling or activities

Extra batteries.. I have to change my review. I ordered these but more than 7 months or so. Now one of them got stuck in my insta360 x4. It has not been exposed to hot temperatures or extreme cold. It has not been mistreated in any way but it expanded in my x4 camera. It's a close pic but you can see it bulging on the sides. I had to pry it out of my camera. I was afraid I would damage my x4. Luckily I didn't. The power it gave was great but I'm not sure on reliability anymore. The second battery is still ok but I don't trust it anymore. So sad. I am throwing them away.

I love these product. It definitely saved me a lot of times on our trip. Having 2 extra batteries on top of my other two was just perfect. No missed moments. A notification for an unknown battery came up once but that was it.
