For what I use it for.. this is 5 stars. However... I use it indoors. And for a cat so.... take my review with a massive grain of salt. First off, I got the smallest sized cage. I have a cat with spinal problems who needed cage rest. This was big enough, even at the small size, to put him, his food/water a scratching post and litter box. One of the images I uploaded shows it all in there, comfortably fit so the size is decent. And bearing in mind, this cat is the size of s small dog, he is a larger breed at 17lbs (very little of which is actual fat). Assembly of this cage was an absolute nightmare to do alone. Every piece needs to be held while bolting every clasp together. I am very mechanically inclined and I almost bent a couple sides from them falling. I really should have had help so, bear that in mind. I have to imagine there's a better way to manage assembly but shipping may be a problem so.. you kind of have to expect some challenges when you order an item like through the mail. Just get a second person, or something to lean parts of this against while you bolt it together. The welds in this cage are laughable but, you really shouldn't be using this to prevent a Rotty from muscling out. For a smaller dog, outside, it's probably fine. I mention the welds because if you get a bigger sized one, and have a larger dog, I would serious have concerns. I could probably do a better spot welding job with a coat hanger and a BIC lighter. Assembly is also a little flimsy but, it actually helps here because Asian manufacturing doesn't hold to the hole-size tolerances one might expect, so everything being janky isn't terrible, you just have to tighten everything down - but not too much because, again, it's flimsy. I have had this thing set up (indoors) for several months, my cat is in it less but it's still set up and it still holds up well. At 6ft tall I have actually crawled inside of it myself, with the cat, to clean it up a bit, so it does have good size and height. Outside, in the elements, and holding dogs, I would just be careful. It's thin metal tubing, the welds are not the best but it does seem to hold up well, and do what I wanted it to do. Frankly, if you can catch the smaller one for under $150 it's a great deal. So yes, it is five stars from me, but with the caveat that it's being used indoors, and for a cat....

Here’s my experience with the PANTAZO small dog kennel. First, I would like to talk about the quality. Aspects of this pen are good quality, but other aspects are lacking. The bars themselves seem to be sturdy to me, although I’m not 100% sure about the quality of the welds. The hardware used to put the panels together is OK at best. The manufacturer did mention that assembly is best with two people. I really had no trouble putting it together all by myself and I am average size and strength and 60 years old. BUT, there were some pieces of hardware missing (nuts/bolts) to the pen. And, there was hardware (washers) not listed in the instructions. So, based on the quantity of washers included, I made my best guess as to where to place them. The finished pen is fairly solid. Mine may benefit from a once around to check for even tightening, but overall it’s good. The instructions were fair but could use improvement. Especially with the washers that I could not find in the instructions at all. Next, I want to talk about the canopy. I haven’t gotten the canopy assembled yet because there’s an issue with the holes lining up. To assemble the canopy you need to place a small tube with holes inside the poles that make up the canopy frame. When I put the inner tube inside the frame poles one pole fits loosely and the other is too tight to insert by hand. The two frame poles should butt together with the inner post holes aligning with the frame screw holes. But this was not easily done and I had to stop assembly due to inclement weather (severe winter storm) coming. But I think if I can get it assembled I will like the canopy. Also, I want to talk about size. I think the size is too small for my preference. It is about 48” square and would be suitable as a crate/kennel for one or two small dogs. The two I got it for are 10 lbs each. They can move freely, and play a little, but it is a far stretch to suggest they would be able to run around like I’ve seen mentioned. Maybe, they could offer and extension kit that would extend the pen past the canopy. Finally, I want to talk about price. I think that with the size and features of this pen the price is at the high end of fair. I do think the canopy (if I can get it put together) is a nice addition to a regular pen. But the size takes away from the functionality, and the hardware, and the fit of some of the canopy parts, take away from the pens value overall. This is a pretty good pen that could use a few tweaks to make it worth that 5th star.

This is a really nice outdoor kennel for small dogs. The size is good and gives them some room to move around without taking up a huge amount of space in the yard. Once it’s put together it feels sturdy and the welded wire seems strong. I have tiny dogs and I’m always worried about hawks or owls trying to grab them if they’re outside. This gives me a lot more peace of mind. The roof cover is great because it adds protection from above and also gives them shade. Assembly took a little time but it wasn’t difficult. The door has double locks which I like, and overall it feels secure. For anyone with small dogs who worries about predators, this is a really helpful setup.

Do not buy this product. It was poorly made and badly designed. Some parts were not even welded together, the top screw was too short to be secured, and the roof did not fit properly. I had already assembled it completely, and now Amazon wants me to take the whole thing apart to return it lol. Overall, horrible product and a complete waste of money.

Great pen minus the roof. Fairly easy to assemble and o ce its pyt together you cannot take it apart easily so be aware of that. I've yet to assemble the roof on top because its very difficult and I cannot figure it out. The roof is flimsy and crappy! and when I finally get around to figuring it out I don't have confidence that it'll hold because its so wobbly.
