So far all is great! Works as described and easy to clean. We have made 30 or so different slushy and has preformed flawlessly. If it lasts for yeasrs I would definitely recommend it. We will see.

Received the machine in a couple of days after I orded it. The machine is very heavy so need two people to move it around. Used it two times now and it worked to my expections. Great machine.

The media could not be loaded. A month and 2 days after I recieved it I used it and it started to make a loud scraping sound. I called the number on the machine and they had me send a video and photos. I was instructed take the machine apart and diagnose it myself. Supposedly they are going to send me the parts so I can fix it myself. I am very disappointed and if you want to buy a machine for commercial use I would think twice. Also of you dont want to work on the machine yourself think twice before purchasing the machine.

I have a mobile bar and customers and our staff love this slush machine. We often sell it in fishbowls for kids and add alcohol for adults. We make the best frozen Mockaritas in this thing and add different flavors. I also bought a cute farmhouse chic stand for it that goes well with our horse trailer bar and we take it to every event now. It paid for itself after two events. I just really love this machine and how easy it is to use. I buy Coolbreeze to use in it, and like to mix flavors like we do any other drink to make the result more interesting. Update: I have now purchased a second slush machine as I love this so much! And so do customers. ;-) I also will be trying Margarita Man mixes in this at our next event.

At first we couldn't figure out how to make margaritas because their manual that comes with the product is hard to understand. But I found their Youtube channel and was able to get the info in very short detailed videos. I also emailed customer service and they were VERY responsive. I took 1 star off because I think they should at least notate on the manual that there are instructional videos on Youtube.
