Worked great! Makes nice smooth slushies in less than 15 min from start to finish. Just follow the instructions on the side of the machine and you’re good to go. My 10 year old granddaughter made them (supervised), so it’s not rocket science! So far we’ve tried Coke, Dr Pepper and Fanta. It seems some people have issues making it work properly so here are some tips that helped us get the most out of our machine: 1. Make sure your soda is pre-chilled in the refrigerator. If you use warm soda (like we did on the first go) it’ll take much longer to slush up. 2. Fill the metal cup with ice (through the round hole) to half way first, then add salt and then fill all the way up with more ice. We used regular fine salt on the first go which worked ok but on our second go we went with the recommended ice cream salt which worked better for some reason. (FYI the salt doesn’t mix with your drink, it’s in a separate chamber and is only used for the cooling process). 3. Make sure you use sodas with high sugar content. It’s the sugar that creates the slush. Don’t use Coke Zero or some other diet drink. There’s a reason why you can’t get Coke Zero slushies! 4. Be patient and follow the instructions, you can’t go wrong. Have fun! The price was a fraction of the big ones with compressors, which essentially do the same thing. Will get another for my daughter’s family.

First two times it parked. Third time onwards the slushy taste salty. Tried three more times and stopped using it

Ordered for grandsons birthday. We used it 3 times and it broke. Contacted the company that makes them and they replaced it with a new one. I was surprised. Needless to say my grandson is waiting patiently for the new one. Thank you to John, who went above and beyond, to replace it. The machine itself works really well for what the kids like. Again thank you for all your help John.

Muy difícil hacer el granizado, la máquina empieza hacer sonidos raros como si se atrancara .Seguimos al pie de la letra las instrucciones pero no es algo fácil de elaborar. El granizado que se fabrica se pega en las paredes de la canasta metálica.

The media could not be loaded. Nice for quivk slushies only use items with high sugar content it requires rock salt and ice cubes a little bit of work but its cool for the nostalgia of it.

The media could not be loaded. Just follow the instructions and make sure you use sodas with at least 10% sugar content (*or it won’t slush up*). Turned into a nice coke slushie after about 12 mins, also tried Cherry flavored ICEE syrup which worked great.
