The media could not be loaded. As a family of 4 who love slushies, milkshakes, frappes, you name it this machine is a luxury I didn’t realize we needed! Anytime we want a slushy, no running anywhere else to pay so much for one when we can make our own at home now and get multiple slushies from it! First time using it was very simple, no crazy setups or hard instructions to get it set up and use. Everything is big enough that cleaning it out has been no issue, it also has a rinse cycle on the machine itself so when you are done you can run that cycle and that helps get it cleaned out too. Has a catch tray as well underneath the actual tank, that simply slides out to be emptied out. Display screen is great, it’s bright enough to see what button you are pressing to use. It’s a very easy put the product in, click the button you are wanting it to do and let it go! We have done slushies so far in a few different ways (coke slushies, and slushies with the snocone syrup) and milkshakes a few time as well. Everytime it came out perfect! I included a video of the milkshake function, how it looked when I was dispensing it. Just the right texture for me! Nice and soft, somewhat thick without being too think either. After you click the button of the product you are wanting to make, you also can mess with the temperature yourself still. It has the option to make the temperature lower or higher if needed. Easy pull down handle to dispense it when done. It also has a button on there (night mode) that if you aren’t going to use all of the product right away, you can click on that and it keeps it at the right tempature so you can let it sit too in there and not worry about it! Didn’t notice any loud noises or anything during use with mine. My family and I are honestly obsessed with this, and can’t wait to keep trying and making new things with it! It’s very beginner friendly, and works so well.

What a hoot! This machine is great. It's faster than I expected, and amazingly easy to use and even easy to clean. I saw this on deep sale so finally decided to make the purchase and get it. Now I've only made soft-serv ice cream in it so far, but am looking forward to doing shushies when the hot desert summer hits in a month or so. I am impressed with the build quality. It's solid and smooth with no sharp edges or unfinished bits of construction. It was a breeze to set up. I was surprised that such an internally complicated machine was so easy to work with. I spent more time making room on the counter than unboxing and putting together. Ok, I actually spent more time washing the three parts that need to be washed, but really, it's a snap to put together. I started simple, just using commercial soft-serv mix per it's instructions and it was exactly as expected. Soft, creamy, delicious ice cream* in a bowl. My daughter came up and we both enjoyed a bowl of ice cream after lunch and came up with lots of ideas for what to try next. Not to mention the other things it can make. Oh, I'm going to be playing with this a lot from now until winter, and maybe even when it's cold out!0 I got this on sale and probably wouldn't have ever bothered at it's full price, but then I'm pretty cheap. So if You are worried about the cost, You might want to watch for a sale. But honestly, if you like soft-serv and slushies as much as I do, you might not want to wait. I'm pretty sure you won't be disappointed. *-The soft-serv mix isn't technically ice cream, but I'm going to call it that anyway. Purists beware. Google for more info.

This machine would not produce icecream that was of an icecream cone consistancy. The best it would do is milk shake! i worked with the seller and ADJUSTED RECIPES PER THEIR INSTRUCTIONS. PROVIDED PICS AND VIDEO TO THEM AND THEIR RESPONSE: "wE ARE SORRY OUR PRODUCT DID NOT MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS. WE RECOMMEND A REFUND FOR THE PRODUCT!" Based on this response I have to assume that I am not the only one who had this expierence. I would have thought they would have offered to ship another unit. Appearantly they knew that their product would not perform AS ADVERTISED! ON TOP OF EVERYTHING, AMAZON, EMPLOYEES TOLD ME TO NOT BOTHER RETURNING THE ITEM AND THEY WOULD PROCESS A REFUND. AFTER SEVER DAYS HAD GONE BY, I FOLLOWED UP ON THE REFUND AND WAS INFORMED THAT I NOW HAVE TO PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING, (TO BE REFUNDED AT A LATER DATE), SPEND MORE TIMETO BEND TO THEIR DEMANDS JUST TO GET MY MONEY BACK! I love this slushie/ice cream machine. It has surprisingly been a lot easier to use than I thought it would be. Clean up is so simple and straightforward that it makes it easy to use on any occasion. My kids love to create their own milkshakes and we use it way more often than I thought we would!

I wanted a machine which could produce frozen cocktails, as well as softscoop ice-cream in a small footprint, and without me having to prefreez any of the ingredients. This machine does it all and delivers on all these requirements. The softscoop could be a little firmer, but it’s still very good and firm enough to use in cones, which the kids loved. Considering the utility of the machine, it’s a great price and we are looking forward to sharing a few more frozen cocktails with friends. We have made many great family memories!
