We purchased our AZMSARY slushy and ice cream machine on December 12 and decided to wait before writing a review so we could test all its features thoroughly. We started with soft ice cream, as we already had a recipe in mind and a good sense of the ingredients we wanted to use. To our pleasant surprise, the ice cream turned out deliciously smooth and creamy—especially impressive for a first attempt! After a few small tweaks to the recipe, we’re now enjoying soft serve exactly the way it should be. Next, we tried making slushies, which couldn’t have been easier. The results were excellent—refreshing, with great texture and consistency. We haven’t experimented with spiked drinks yet, mostly because we don’t drink alcohol and haven’t had guests who do. This holiday season, we’re offering homemade eggnog instead (not made in the machine, of course!). So far, we can confidently say that we’re very happy with this purchase. We’ve already recommended it to a few friends and look forward to using it for future gatherings.
