The owner contacted me and apologized for what happened. This might’ve been an error in packing, but I guess I also should’ve opened the package before to make sure everything was in the box. Bought to use at daughter’s wedding. Had it ready for the groomsmen to use. And it runner broke. They tried and tried to pull the rope/string to undo it and it keep getting hung up. The cloth/paper broke. Horrible. Very upset
