Don't plan on it staying on the hair dryer for more than 30 seconds. *keep pets away, bc it can hit them on its way to the ground. When I purchase general merchandise from a retailer (whether it 3rd party or not), I expect it to work properly. If the item does not work properly, then I'd hope not to be put through the ringer to correct the issue. This being the second (out of the last four) purchases that have been horrible since renewing my Amazon prime, I'm going to stop trying. The hair dryer is in the garbage, as I'm not going to go through the hassle of finding a box, repackaging, printing a return slip, etc. -call me lazy.
