This dryer does works great and gets really hot. I didn't like the fact the cord is short and I couldn't dry my hair standing up. My socket is on the floor and not counter high. I had to return the product for this reason. Also, the switches/buttons seemed extra cheap.. .like plastic on a toy. I may have kept it if the cord were longer. The colors are a pretty green and bright copper (I thought was gold originally). This comes with nice accessories like a diffuser, concentrator and some combs/pics. ... show more

The highest airflow setting no longer works, and the airflow strength keeps increasing and decreasing on its own.
