I sublimate personal items so I’m not using this multiple times a day, everyday. I was using a cricut EZ press but hate having to stand over my items as I press them because the gases aren’t pleasant in the face. I also wanted to branch out and do tumblers. I didn’t want to spend a ton of money so I took a chance on this set (with no reviews at the time) and it was a good decision! The press works beautifully as does the tumbler press. I haven’t made a hat yet. I did try the hat press on a Fanny pack BUT apparently just because it’s polyester doesn’t mean you can sublimate it (it melted on the press! Used 99% alcohol to clean it off)- so it did get hot. Pros- heats fairly quickly, easy to use, locks tight, feels heavy duty Cons- - lacks frills so when it came to changing from the flat press to the hat press, I had to twist the dial over 100 times to get it tall enough. Took forever and my hand got tired - directions are lacking. You can change between modes for the three different presses but nothing tells you which mode (1, 2, 3) is which - exposed bolts get very very hot - the fumes from the gassing off are very strong with the tumbler press For the price this was an excellent purchase. I am glad I got it! My shirts have all turned out excellent with no scorching. Temps have been consistent with what I’m used to. Tumbler press works excellent. I made tumblers for my daughters pre-school teachers (used the app Procreate for her to hand write their names and imported those into Canva for the design) and everyone loves them. ... show more

It presses really well! I haven’t had issues with that and it’s very straight forced on how to use it. But it did come dented so that was a bummer given the price. As far as I can tell it’s more of a cosmetic issue, and I think I could probably pull the metal back with some pliers so I didn’t return it. ... show more

I just got it this week but so far so good I like it, its very easy to use and it's not so big but just a friendly reminder when its new it heats up more than usual for example I make a shirt and the instructions said 392° for 60 seconds I put it at 390° for 50 seconds, but I did not leave it for the full 50 because it smell like burn and it actually did burn it soooo now I put it at 290° for 45 seconds and sometimes I take it out sooner. I thought this deal was too good to be true but nope! I used the tumbler press which works with no problem and also the Tshirt press which also works with no problem. I seen people saying how complicated it was to hook up the tumbler press when it’s self explanatory if you looked at the pictures online. I did it without looking at the directions. The machine that has the timer and temperature on it is what you transfer between machines. Disconnect it from the Tshirt press and connect it to the tumbler press and it will start getting hot. So far I had no problems with this purchase. Good quality good price. 10/10 ... show more

The heat press is lifting from the metal base and causing uneven pressure. It's caused me to waste several of my sublimation blanks already. I also noticed that as soon as I put the cup in the press and close it, the temperature drops about 50 degrees and doesn't come back up until almost time to take out. This didn't happen the first month or so that I used it. It's not usable now because it keeps messing up too many of my blanks and costing me money. I've tried to reach out to Amazon but I keep getting automated responses saying my return deadline is past. Very disappointed. I needed a budget friendly heat press so I grabbed this model. First I'll start by saying what I do like about it, I like the color pink I do like that it is 4in1. My dislikes are the connection attachments to the heating portal are fairly short which makes it a bit difficult to connect the cables, uneven heat distribution. The picture shown below is a demonstration of uneven heat. I was doing a mug at 380° while the mug was in the Tumbler press the temp dropped all the way down to 330° I had to remove the mug quickly and wait for the temp to go back up, it also does that for the heat press you can start off at 390 but while pressing it will automatically drop down really low which makes it difficult because if you have to press twice you have to wait for it to reach back to the correct temperature. Very upsetting because it does affect the quality of the product your making. I would've absolutely returned it, but at the time of purchase I had orders that needed to go out as soon as possible. My easy press wouldn't have been able to complete those orders in the time needed. ... show more

This heat press does not keep a consistent heat. You set it for 345 and when you start to press the heat drop or increase. I have to stand there and babysit all my items I press so they won’t burn. I have burned so many tumblers and shirts with this heat press. But at your own risk.
