EDIT: Talked to Amazon Customer Service and they were able to get me up and running. I also watched the video that is on the product page and that helped a whole lot. I was finally able to press a shirt and now I am happy. Leaving this at 4 stars as it was difficult to find the correct instructions but glad that I finally did Machine arrived in good time. I have at least a dozen projects that I was wanting to complete on the heat press that are not complete yet as I am having issues. The included instructions did not give much information on how to set the time and temp. I have even sent an email to Slendor that came back undeliverable. I have searched the web and cannot find any definite directions. I am getting frustrated and I would consider returning it, but I no longer have the box.

Do u have a wife who can easily spend the GDP of France in a hobby lobby? Get her one of these thingys. Do I know how it works?? No! Do I know how to use it? No! Do I know that it makes her happy to have it? ABSOLUTELY!! It heats up REALLY WELL. I know this because I had to upgrade the receptacle in her she shed. It will suck some electricity. I know that it's lasted a while also. She's had it for a year and not complained that it isn't working right or she needs a new one. And if she's happy with it, I'm happy with it. So fellas, get your wife one of these thingys

Got this to replace a smaller heat press I had. The control box for this one has some issues. The timer doesn’t save the set time so I have to set the timer everytime I power it up although it saves the set temperature. A few times, I power it up and the temperature indicates it’s at the set temperature already so it doesn’t heat up at all. I have to flip it on and off a few times before it finally jumps to the actual temperature and begin heating. F and C setting keeps jumping back and forth without warning. On a couple of occasions, the temperature reading blanks out. Not sure what’s going on, but pretty sure it’s a defective control box. I saved a few bucks getting it on sale but seems I might have to spend the saved money on a new control box… May update: The pressure isn’t very even although the spring system is supposed to address that. Mine tends to have more pressure toward the back. I can tell because the springs toward the back are tight when the handle is pushed down, but the springs toward the front are still loose. I think the heating element is going bad already. This unit didn’t last very long….

Very good product. Great value for money. Easy to use. BEST EVER!!! The pressure is perfect, the heat level is adjustable for whatever vinyl you are using, light weight, adhesion is good, functional for DTF, SVG, or Vinyl.
