I usually order a slightly larger size in boots - but for this pair I ordered my regular shoes size - fit's perfect and super comfortable. The zipper doesn't pinch or get stuck like most boots. I will buy more of this particular brand & style of Western booties. Right out of the box they were so soft and comfortable. I was able to easily pull my (narrow-leg) jeans over the top, which is a look I prefer as opposed to tucking the pant leg inside the boot. My usual shoe size is 6.5, though I probably could have ordered a 6, but the 6.5 allows for the option of wearing warmer socks if need be. I tried them on without socks and felt they were loose, yet still extremely comfortable. The material is soft to the touch on the inside & the outside of the booties. The low heel is perfect. The material on the bottom sole makes the booties quiet when walking, even if on hardwood floors or cement. I will stay with my natural shoe size when I order more. The toe is pointed & looks exactly as I imagine a western boot should look.
